HEARING ADVISORY: Examining the Administration’s Air & Water Regulations

On Thursday, February 26th, the House Oversight and Government Reform Interior Subcommittee, Chaired by Representative Cynthia Lummis (WY-At Large), will hold a hearing on “the Impacts of EPA Air and Water Regulations on States and the American People.”The hearing will specifically examine the Administration’s proposed new regulations on National Ambient Air Quality Standards for Ozone, the definition of “Waters of the United States,” and power generation in the United States.
